The case of Thaksin Shinawatra, deemed by Richard Scudamore & Co. to be a 'fit and proper person', able to responsibly and ethically run a premier league football club highlights the depths the EPL will sink to in order to swell their already bulging coffers.
The former Thai PM, accused of embezzling national funds into private bank accounts, also oversaw - according to Amnesty International - a sharp decline in his countries record on Human Rights abuses.
